RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. CASES AVAILABLE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- The product cannot be brought into the house (narrow stairs, narrow doors, …)
- Insufficient quantity, insufficient set as specified in the order
- The product is defective or not substandard.
2. CASES THAT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED
- The products that are used, unclean, old, or damaged.
- Insufficient invoices and vouchers.
- Promotional products.
3. TIME AND PROCEDURES FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Time allowed to exchange or return goods: Within 3 days from the date of delivery, before the invoice is issued.
Exchange and return procedures:
- When you have a request to exchange or return goods, please contact the Nha Xinh showroom where the transaction was made or via hotline: 1800 7200.
- Nha Xinh bears the cost of exchange and return services.
