Returns & Cancellations
You will not be charged return or delivery fee in these cases:
• Incorrect items on delivery.
• Insufficient quantity, set as being ordered.
• The external conditions of the goods are not intact because of delivery.
• You change your mind before delivery.
You have to be paid delivery and assembly fee in these cases:
• You don't check carefully the size of your elevators, stairways, doors...so our furniture can't fit through all doorways. In this case, we will change other goods for you, but you will be charged delivery and assembly fee.
We will not change your order in these cases:
• Your goods can not be canceled ( just be exchanged) if you've already paid a deposit.
• You didn't inform us before delivery when you changed your mind.
• The external conditions of the goods are not intact because of you
• You did wrong instructions, so the goods broken down.
• You've already checked and signed the order receipts but didn't have any comment within 24h.
• Your problem will be solved within 2 weeks from the date Nha Xinh got your full necessary information and receipt.
• Please balance payment before delivery.
• The product is guaranteed for one year against defects in materials or faulty workmanship.Please don't repair or modify any product yourself, just contact Customer service: 18007200.
What isn't covered:
• The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty is null and void if you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened – please don’t repair or modify any Nha Xinh product yourself. Nha Xinh does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party product.
